Breathwork has also completely changed my relationship with exercise, as usually my lungs would become cold, sore, and fatigued leaving me out of breath. Now exercising is more enjoyable, with improved endurance!

Zac is truly exceptional, he is down to earth, humble, compassionate and committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives.
