Emma Fitzgerald is a barrister with a broad practice encompassing personal injury, insurance, consumer law, abuse law, guardianship, wills and probate, family law, and domestic violence. With a background in both government and private practice, Emma has extensive experience in defendant insurance litigation and previously led the Financial Abuse Prevention team at a Queensland community legal service. Since joining the Bar in 2021, she has represented clients in both State and Federal Courts. Emma is a passionate mental health advocate and warmly welcomes discussions with colleagues and clients alike.
