In-Person Sessions: 
$55/hr + fee depending on travel distance
- Recommended for individuals who do not have a YMCA membership and would like me to meet them at their gym as a visitor, or we can meet at a public park, etc. I can travel to Mount Vernon, Burlington, Stanwood, and parts of Arlington and Sedro-Woolley. 

Online Training:
$40/hr for online face-to-face training
- Recommended for individuals who have a safe space to work out (home gym, etc.), I will lead you through the workout and help with form when needed. Recommended for individuals who are more advanced/independent. Will utilize Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet.

$30/wk for weekly customized workout plans
- Recommended for individuals who need assistance with exercise prescription. I will send you a workout plan each week that's tailored to your needs, which can include videos demonstrating proper form. 

$100/mo for monthly customized workout plans
