Excerpt from: Miles Cromwell's Manifesto for a Movement Yet to be Named There was a time when the reality of the civilization was made of steel, and was less intertwined with the culture. This is perhaps our most sacred truth and venerable targeting system: the reality of culture can never (we pray) be so solid as a reality of civilization, and thus in order to swallow the culture, the civilization must soften itself. It is at this point of weakness that our Movement shall concentrate its strikes. We understand that the reality of the civilization around us is constructed of polystyrene and composite plastics, and we are therefore able to avoid the terrible mess of trying to undo the civilization in favor of merely misshaping, warping, literally melting it in such a way that those remnants which survive appear as absurd as they actually are, without their protective coatings to hide them from the blind eyes of (us) who have had the misfortune of accepting the reality as (our) own.
