The Intercos GEN Sessions continue: a new chapter unfolds at Cosmint.   Following the first discussion at our Headquarters, the second session brought together matteo milani, Cosmint Chief Executive Officer; Luana Barbiero, BU Body Care, Personal Care & Fragrances Sr. Manager; and Fabrizia Chiappetta, BU Body Care, Personal Care & Fragrances Project Manager, who shared their perspectives with colleagues in the audience.   More than a conversation, the session created an opportunity to explore different approaches to work, collaboration and change, revealing the value of open dialogue.   Because every generation has something to share, and something to learn.   Thank you to everyone who participated and to the Hotpot Italia team for their support.   #IntercosForPeople #GenSession #Generations #CSR #IntercosGroup #HotPot

What happens when we bring different generations into the same conversation?   As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility Calendar — with July dedicated to Generations — we organized two live GEN Sessions: interactive discussions where junior and senior colleagues took the stage, while the audience actively joined the conversation.   During the first session at our HQ, Maria D'Agata, Group Chief HRO, Legal, Regulatory & CSR Officer; Elisabetta Rivolta, Group Talent, Development, CSR & Internal Communication Director; and Amarilli Casati, Sales Account Project Specialist, shared their experiences.   The dialogue touched on topics such as evolving communication styles, different approaches to work-life balance, and knowledge sharing across generations.   A space to question stereotypes and discover the value of different perspectives. Colleagues came together to get outdoors, recharge after work and share moments beyond their daily routine.   This year's edition also introduced a friendly challenge, rewarding the team that covered the greatest number of kilometers. We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with the European Master of Science in Skin Health and Care (Emotion Master). A unique international program dedicated to shaping the next generation of R&D leaders in skin health, cosmetics, dermatological drugs, and medical devices.   Funded by the European Commission, this innovative program combines diverse learning experiences — from academic lectures and expert-led seminars to interactive workshops, hands-on training, case studies, and multidisciplinary projects — creating a truly dynamic environment for future industry innovators.   As part of the course, students had the opportunity to discover more about Intercos Group’s innovative approach to beauty and visit our Dovera facility, gaining firsthand insight into our research, development, and creative processes.   We continue to inspire the future of beauty together.
