“Looking back, every career move was shaped by the people I worked with.” Starting as a Senior Client Advisor seven years ago, Seung Chang Hong has steadily progressed through different retail roles across Gucci stores in South Korea. Today, he is Store Manager leading two stores in Shinsegae Daejeon. Along the way, each new step brought opportunities to meet new people, creating meaningful connections that became a catalyst for growth through shared knowledge and different perspectives. Seung Chang's story reflects how, at Gucci, the confidence to embrace a new challenge is often the natural outcome of a journey built on collaboration, mutual trust and the exchange of expertise. #JourneyOfSuccess #InternalMobility

Circularity includes keeping materials in use and finding new ways to maximize the value of existing resources. Within Gucci's Circular Hub, dedicated to advancing circularity practices across the value chain, Medulla is an internally developed digital solution designed to make leftover materials and product components visible, accessible and easier to reuse. By centralizing detailed information on materials and product components in a searchable digital repository, Medulla enables teams to identify and leverage available resources early on when developing new products. In doing so, it helps reduce material waste and the need for new sourcing, supporting a more circular approach to design and production. In 2025, the platform was enhanced to include leftover materials and inventory from Leather Goods and Shoes collections, with further developments planned across additional categories. Medulla reflects Gucci's approach to combining innovation with practical problem-solving to help embed circularity across design and production. Gucci is proud to share its new 2025 Gucci Equilibrium Impact Report, published on Gucci.com. The report presents a selection of strategic initiatives established and expanded over the past year to further operationalize and deepen the House’s commitments to People and the Planet. These initiatives build on ongoing efforts to uplift our employees and partners, nurture emerging talents and artisans, contribute to cultural and creative institutions, and advance the empowerment of women around the world. Guided by science-based goals, the House also continued to reduce its absolute greenhouse gas emissions and environmental footprint across its value chain through targeted actions, while investing in nature regeneration and local communities to help create enduring, positive change. The report offers a comprehensive overview of Gucci’s progress and performance across its People and Planet commitments, highlighting measurable achievements in key areas including diversity and inclusion, craftsmanship, culture, circularity, responsible sourcing, and climate action. “I realized that Sustainability was where I felt truly aligned, with my motivation, my values, and the kind of impact I wanted to make.” Luca Piccotti joined Gucci in Process Engineering, gaining first-hand knowledge of craftsmanship and manufacturing alongside artisans and production teams. His move to Gucci ArtLab, where product development meets cross-functional collaboration, ultimately led him to a career in Sustainability, combining his experience with a personal commitment to environmental impact and circularity. Each step Luca took shows that internal mobility at Gucci is also about choosing how to look at new opportunities. Not simply as a change of role, but as the point where skills, aspirations and values come together. #JourneyOfSuccess #InternalMobility

Gucci is proud to announce the successful renewal of its Gender Parity Certification following a recertification audit conducted by Bureau Veritas Italia. First obtained in July 2023, when Gucci became the first Italian luxury company to voluntarily achieve the certification established under Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), this renewed recognition reflects the House’s long-standing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, underpinned by measurable objectives, ongoing evaluation and a culture of continuous improvement. The recertification audit covered 14 entities operating in Italy across Gucci’s corporate, retail and industrial operations, with performance assessed across six key areas: culture and strategy; governance; HR processes; opportunities for women’s career development and inclusion; gender pay equity; and support for parenthood and work-life balance. This achievement is among the key initiatives highlighted in the new 2025 Gucci Equilibrium Impact Report, published today. The report presents a selection of strategic initiatives established and expanded over the past year to further operationalize and deepen the House’s commitments to People and the Planet.
