In the 2000s, Codognotto expanded beyond national borders. With the acquisition of an international transport company, the Group opened its first foreign office in France, marking the beginning of a new phase of growth. 🇫🇷 From France, the expansion continued across Europe, reaching Spain, the UK, Slovakia, Poland and beyond. A turning point that transformed Codognotto’s vision from national to international, strengthening the foundations of today’s global network. 🌐

A new intermodal flow is coming in September. We are expanding our rail network with a direct connection between ES08 Spain and Belgium, operating in both directions and available for P400 MEGA trailers.   This new service is designed to support more efficient and sustainable international flows, reducing road dependency while ensuring flexibility, reliability, loading capacity and greater safety.   Why it matters: ✅ Direct connection with no intermediate handling ✅ P400 compatibility ✅ Greater safety ✅ Lower road dependency and reduced CO₂ emissions ✅ Reliable and scalable solution for European freight flows   Further details will be shared soon. Behind every transport operation lies a complex network of planning, compliance, and decision-making. From navigating regulatory requirements to optimizing routes and schedules, every choice plays a key role in ensuring efficiency, safety, and high service standards. Driven by this awareness, we developed a training course focused on the digital tachograph and the regulations governing driving and rest times. Organized in collaboration with CFLI Venezia and delivered by Filippo Pulese, the program was designed for non-driving staff and traffic planners. Moving beyond theory, the programme provided a deeper understanding of driving and rest time regulations, enabling more effective planning, reducing operational risks, and helping teams better support drivers while ensuring compliance.

It was great having our colleagues from the Düsseldorf branch with us at our Salgareda Headquarters for a few days of sharing ideas, perspectives, and quality time together. We recently had the pleasure of visiting Ricrearti and seeing firsthand how the creations born from our Codognotto REUSE project come to life. Beyond the scissors, fabrics, and reclaimed materials, every creation tells a human story of people embracing new challenges, developing skills, and creating new opportunities. That is what makes these products so special: they represent not only sustainability, but also inclusion, personal growth, and human potential. Our sincere thanks to Debora Basei and the entire Ricrearti team for their warm welcome and for sharing the impact of this initiative with us. We also thank Dr. Alessandra Simone, Treviso's Police Commissioner, for her interest in the project and for embracing its guiding principles.
