  • Time is money – so why waste it on manual post processing? With the PowderEase™ T1, three key post-processing steps after printing on the Stratasys H350™ can be automated. Developed jointly with Stratasys and manufactured at our German AM Solutions location, the integrated system combines automated unpacking and powder recovery with sieving, reconditioning, and dosing. It can support up to six H350 printers. For highly industrialized users like the Additive Lab of Toyota Production Engineering, this means less manual effort, a cleaner process, and, most importantly, more time for the tasks that really matter. 👉 Take a look inside Toyota Production Engineering’s SAF production workflow – from build preparation and printing to automated post-processing – and see how an integrated approach helps make high-volume production more efficient. Interested in taking your AM post-processing to the next level with more automation? Get in touch with our team at info@solutions-for-am.com.

  • Partnerships may come to an end - but shared achievements and innovations that move an industry forward remain. Together with our former partner Sauber Motorsport, part of the Sauber Group, we developed the C1 Max for automated #post-#processing of #SLA parts on large build platforms - achieving 50% faster processing times compared to the previous manual workflow, along with significantly improved surface quality. Today, Sauber Motorsport continues its success story as part of the Audi Revolut F1 Team. And we remain proud to have created the C1 Max, an efficient and operator-friendly post-processing solution for the surface finishing of extra-large SLA components, delivering maximum precision even for complex geometries while combining productivity, outstanding surface quality, ease of use, environmental sustainability, and improved operator safety. This makes the system attractive not only for #motorsports, but also for other demanding industries such as #aerospace and #defense. The C1 Max is compatible with systems such as the SLA 750 or SLA 825 Dual from 3D Systems Corporation, as well as comparable platforms from Stratasys. If you are operating these printers and looking to automate your SLA post-processing workflow with high process reliability — and without the burden of traditional solvent-based processing — we should talk. The C1 Max may be exactly the missing piece to take your SLA post-processing efficiency to the next level. Contact us at info@solutions-for-am.com

  • From Powder to Production. The Bayreuth AM Days 2026 are all about #IndustrialAdditiveManufacturing as an end-to-end process chain. On September 29–30, Neue Materialien Bayreuth GmbH will bring together experts to discuss automated SLS process chains, the Digital Thread, and ColdMetalFusion (CMF) Green Part Processing. How do you turn an additively manufactured part into a production-ready product? What role do process stability, data integration, and traceability play? And how can #SLS and #CMF workflows be automated efficiently? Join us for two days of expert presentations, real-world use cases, and discussions with leading professionals from industry and research. We at AM Solutions are excited to be part of the event. Our experts will share insights into the automation of post-processing for SLS and CMF parts and demonstrate how these processes can be seamlessly integrated into industrial manufacturing workflows. 📅 Our presentations: September 29 | 2:00 PM From Start to Surface Finish: The Race to Automated Post-Processing Julian P., Deputy Sales Manager & Sales Engineer September 30 | 10:00 AM From Bottleneck to Automation: Post-Processing for CMF Green Parts Tobias Schamberger, Head of Sales We also look forward to connecting with you in person throughout the event. 🎟️ Register by the end of the month to take advantage of the early bird rate. 👉 The registration link can be found in the comments. • “𝗔 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲-𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲.” That’s how Peter Spitzwieser, Managing Director of FORMRISE, describes the #S1 from AM Solutions. As a full-service provider of 3D printing solutions, FORMRISE places the highest demands on the #postprocessing of #SLS parts, especially when parts are ultimately dyed. A key reason for choosing the S1 was its integrated sieving technology. It keeps the blasting media free from contamination and foreign particles, ensures even higher surface quality, and significantly reduces operating costs through lower CO₂ emissions and reduced blasting media consumption. In the video, Peter shares how the partnership with AM Solutions began and highlights the efficiencies and process improvements FORMRISE has achieved with the S1, our 2-in-1 solution for cleaning and surface finishing. A big thank you to FORMRISE for our long-standing and trusting partnership. We wish you continued success with our post-processing solutions!

  • Partnership in Additive Manufacturing goes beyond strategy – it also thrives on operational collaboration. Last week, our Head of Sales Tobias Schamberger and Sales Expert Denis Ekkert had the pleasure of meeting Dennis Kronimus and Stefan Zoller at Stratasys. Strong partnerships like ours, between key OEMs in additive manufacturing are essential to exchange insights, discuss industry trends, and jointly shape the future of the industry. But they only matter to customers when they lead to tangible benefits. 💯 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱. During our meeting, we addressed a challenging surface finishing application and combined our expertise to develop a successful solution that that works reliably in practice. The result is a small but impressive part that will soon be showcased at the Stratasys Rheinmünster Additive Manufacturing Center, allowing visitors to experience the solution firsthand. ✨ Thank you, Dennis and Stefan, for the valuable exchange and the great collaboration. We look forward to continuing our joint efforts to advance additive manufacturing and turn shared expertise into real customer value.

  • Additive manufacturing inspires us - and we love passing that enthusiasm on to the next generation. 🚀 This week, we were delighted to welcome a group of students and teachers as part of the "JungIngenieurPass" program. The initiative gives students from Gymnasium Ernestinum Coburg the opportunity to get to know regional industrial companies that could become future employers. During their visit to our headquarters in Untermerzbach, they not only learned more about our company through a facility tour and an introduction to our dual-study opportunities, but also got hands-on experience. As part of the "JungIngenieurPass" project, the students are manufacturing a combined phone and pen holder. Each participating partner contributes a different process step. Alongside KAESER KOMPRESSOREN, WALDRICH COBURG, LASCO Umformtechnik GmbH, Schink Blechbearbeitung & Metallbau GmbH & Co. KG, KAPP NILES, Hochschule Coburg, and IHK zu Coburg, we were responsible for 3D printing the components, post-processing them in our Customer Experience Center, and mounting them onto the base plate. This is where theory becomes real-world experience. 🔧 It is always rewarding to see the curiosity, interest, and enthusiasm with which young people explore engineering and technology. Perhaps we will even welcome some of these students back to AM Solutions as dual-study students in a few years - we certainly would be happy to do so. 😊 Thank you for visiting us, and we wish you all the best for your future journey! 👏
