A nod to the past, upon which the city rises OVERSHOOT: Leaning Ecologies At the centre of the installation is an elephant, cast in stone, carrying the growing metropolis of Mumbai on its back. The elephant pays homage to the ancient rock-cut caves of Garapuri, or, as we know them, the Elephanta Caves. The amorphous form that shifts between a tower, skyline, temple and an eroding mountain represents Mumbai, Mumbaikars and their ambition. The sculpture asks us to think about what sustains societies and civilisations. Is it the history we inherit, or the future that rises from the past? 📍 Nariman Point, Mumbai 🎨 Arunkumar H G #RPGGroup #LeaningEcologies #PublicArt #RPGArtFoundation #ArtInstallation

Some stories don't begin with success. They begin with a television a family couldn't afford. This is one of them. Rajesh Ganesh, CFO at Raychem RPG, shares the moments that quietly shaped the way he thinks about life, work and what happiness really means. It's probably not the story you'd expect from a finance leader. #HelloHappiness

"4 p.m. Behind my store.” That was the message. What Lakshmi Narayanan B walked into next, is probably not taught in any marketing programme. And it says more about trust, ownership and the strange places a career can take you than most leadership lessons ever could. There is candour. There is chaos. There is a fair bit of laughter. And one dealer story you really need to hear from Lakshmi himself. Watch AfterHours with Lakshmi Narayanan B, Chief Marketing Officer, CEAT Limited. #AfterHours #LeadershipStories #GreatPlaceToGrow #HelloHappiness

It is strange that this still needs saying. But it does. Benefits should not depend on whether a relationship looks conventional enough. At RPG, whoever an employee nominates as their partner gets the same benefits a spouse would. Because companies should define benefits. Not relationships. #HelloHappiness

India’s growth and consumption story has long been told through the lens of its top metros, but the ground reality has shifted. Non-metro cities are stepping out of the shadows to become powerful drivers of market influence. Today’s aspirational consumer in #UrbanBharat is digitally savvy, brand aware, and open to new experiences, making these regions vital centers for both consumption and talent. The Urban Bharat Report and the Urban Bharat City Opportunity Index, by Dainik Bhaskar Group (दैनिक भास्कर) and Kantar, were launched yesterday by RPG Group's Chairman, Mr. Harsh Goenka, a staunch proponent of India's growth story. Covering 11 key sectors and 50 high-potential markets, the report offers actionable clarity on the evolving lifestyles, aspirations, and spending power of these high-growth centers to help businesses make smarter expansion decisions.
