"Big firms bring big slide decks. We bring big results. Faster, smarter, and outcome-driven"

About us

Orbrick started with a simple frustration: big firms were charging big money but not delivering big results. We saw it too many times - strategy decks gathering dust, ERP projects going live but never changing the business. That’s not transformation. That’s theatre. We built Orbrick to change the game. We don’t just advise, we roll up our sleeves and make sure impact actually happens. And we put our own skin in the game—if we don’t deliver measurable business results, we don’t deserve to get paid. Simple. What We Do We are solely focused on tangible business outcomes and business value maximization from existing Oracle Cloud ERP investments. We help enterprises squeeze real value out of Oracle Fusion - not just “implement it” We blend consulting brains, Oracle hands, and AI firepower into one team We make outcomes the only thing that matters—not hours, not headcount, not effort We use our own playbook—First Look, Foresight, Second Sight, Hindsight, Orbri, Smart Close—to sense, fix, and prove value across 70+ business outcomes Why Us We’re outcome-obsessed. ERP isn’t done at go-live—it’s done when the business moves the needle. We’re fearless enough to bet our fees on results. We marry human judgment with AI speed to go deeper, faster. We’re chasing a bigger purpose: to save 1 billion life-hours wasted in clunky enterprise systems. We’re not here to be another consulting firm. We’re here to break the old model and build the future of enterprise consulting.

  • In 1947, India couldn't make most of its own medicine. Today it makes the world's. One in five generic pills taken anywhere on earth now starts in India. So do roughly 60% of the world's vaccines, 40% of America's generics, and more than 80% of the planet's HIV medicines, which is how a year of treatment fell from thousands of dollars to a few. At Independence, pharma exports were almost nothing. This year they crossed $30 billion. But the number that stays with us is the one nobody posts about: 60,000 products, 200 countries, vaccines that spoil if a cold chain slips for an hour. That is one of the hardest supply chains on earth, and it runs every single day. It only holds because someone can see every batch in real time, trust the quality data, and build cost in upstream. Which is exactly what an ERP is for. Happy 80th Independence Day. Swipe through for the full story.

  • What if your HR team had an “understudy” ready to step in when the lead actor is unavailable? Inspired by the theater, this approach to HR process continuity helps organizations identify backups, understand processes at the ground level, and reduce dependency on individual knowledge. Because when the show must go on, your processes should too. Watch the full video by Shalin Parmar, Sr. Principal Specialist, HCM https://lnkd.in/dqRERifY

Orbrick turns three today on 31st July 2026. Three years ago this was just an idea between a few of us supported by Close Friends and Family. Now it's a real company with real clients who trust us with real problems. That still feels surreal to say out loud. I want to thank: - The people who actually made this happen. - Our clients, for taking a chance on us early and sticking around. - Our mentors, who talked us out of some bad decisions and into some good ones. - Our partners with whom we worked jointly. - Our families, who put up with the long hours and the stress without ever making us feel bad about it. - Our Close Friends (Un-named hero's) supporting to their best possible way. - And every Brickster (Direct and Indirect) on the team, past and present, who showed up and did the work. Lastly to my co-founders Nimesh Shah, Nirav Khatri, CA Rushabh Shah, Wasim Saiyed, Anay Jain, Ishan Shah & NiyamSan Chhaya. Starting a company will test a friendship in ways nothing else does, and I'm glad we're still standing on the other side of it together. Year four starts now. More learning, more mistakes probably, and hopefully more moments like this one. Thanks for being part of it. #Orbrick #ThreeYears #Consulting #BVM #Oracle #EPM #ERP

🎉 Three Years of Orbrick Consulting 🎉 They say a company stays a startup until it's put in its first thousand days. But for us it never felt that way. From day one, the ownership and the intensity were already there. We never felt like we were waiting to become a company. We just were one, from the start. 💪 When we began, none of us knew exactly where Orbrick would go. We just knew what we wanted it to feel like. A place built on the right values, filled with good people, where the client always came first. And somehow, here we are. ✨ The first thing all of us want to say is thank you. 🙏 Some of you joined when we didn't even have an office to call our own. Others came when we'd finally got a small place, the kind where everyone could hear everyone else's calls. None of that stopped any of you from saying yes. You looked at a young company and a bunch of founders still figuring things out, and you trusted us anyway. That kind of faith, given early, before there was much to point to, is not a small thing. And none of us have forgotten it. You didn't just come to work here. You made this place what it is. ❤️ To our clients, thank you for trusting us with your work and letting us prove ourselves. A special thank you to our mentors Umang Nahata Ummed Singh Nahata Rakesh Raman, So much of how we think, work, and lead today was shaped by our years at Evosys, and later Mastek. That's where we learned what good really looks like, from delivery to values to how you treat people. We carry those lessons into Orbrick every single day. A special thank you to Oracle, Oracle Cloud for being a valued partner in our journey of delivering transformation and innovation to our customers. To our partners, advisors, and families who put up with the long hours, thank you for staying in our corner. And to each other, the co-founders Nimesh Shah Saurabh K. CA Rushabh Shah Wasim Saiyed NiyamSan Chhaya Ishan Shah Anay Jain. We've argued, we've disagreed, we've had days we'd rather forget and days we'll never stop talking about. But every one of them was shared, and we're still building this together. 🤝 What we're most proud of isn't the growth or the global presence. It's the culture. ✅ Integrity we don't compromise on. ✅ People who matter more than their titles. ✅ A team that celebrates the wins together and doesn't run from the losses. If that was all we got to keep, it would still have been worth it. It hasn't always been easy. But every hard patch taught us something, and every milestone reminded us why we started. And this year, we celebrated properly. 🥳 We danced, we laughed till it hurt, and made enough memories to carry us all the way to the next anniversary. If you were there, you know. 😄 So as we head into year four, nothing changes. Stay grounded. Keep learning. Keep looking after our clients and our people. We're just getting started. 🚀 #Orbrick #ThreeYears #OracleFusion
