The law recognises the rights. But who is making the private sector accountable? The Delhi High Court has directed Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited to take immediate steps to make #ZEE5 compliant with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) accessibility standards, reinforcing that digital platforms must be accessible to persons with disabilities.
