She walked into rooms she was never 'meant' to be in. And she just kept walking. If you map out Sirisha Voruganti's career, it does not look like a traditional corporate ladder. It looks like a masterclass in walking into entirely new worlds and completely rewriting the rules. She started as a scientist inside the heavily guarded defense labs at DRDO, working on radar tech. Then she jumped into the startup ecosystem. Then she built global architecture for Mastercard. Then she became the first woman Managing Director for JP Morgan Chase in Technology in India. Today, she is the CEO and Managing Director at Lloyds Technology Centre India. Most leaders try to find a lane and stay in it. Sirisha changes lanes, learns the terrain, and then builds a new road entirely. We sat down with her for Episode 2 of The Leadership Lounge with Antony Alex, Season 4. We wanted to know exactly how she did it. How do you walk into a room where you are the first, the only, or the outsider, and win their trust in 30 days? Does being the first woman or the first Indian at a global table feel liberating, or does it weigh you down? And when innovation and governance inevitably clash, who bends? Swipe through the carousel below. We have mapped out five distinct "rooms" from Sirisha's journey, along with the brutal questions she had to answer in each one. Read through them. Then, tell us in the comments: Which level are you on right now, and what is your 30-day move to own that space? Episode 2 is streaming now. Marking International Yoga Day, we are pleased to highlight an initiative that reinforces our commitment to wellbeing, inclusivity, and community impact. At our workplace, colleagues came together with great enthusiasm to practice yoga, underscoring the importance of integrating physical and mental wellbeing into our daily lives. Extending this effort beyond the workplace, our CSR initiative reached over 200 children at People's Nest, a charity-run institution supporting underprivileged and indigenous communities with education, nutrition, and shelter. Our team conducted engaging sessions focused on: • Foundational yoga postures • Basic meditation techniques • The importance of holistic wellbeing This initiative helped foster awareness of healthy living and mindfulness among young learners, creating a meaningful and lasting impact. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this initiative a success, as we continue to strengthen our focus on wellbeing and community engagement. #InternationalYogaDay #Workplacewellbeing #CSRInitiative #inclusivity #LloydsTechnologyCentre

AI and tokenisation are reshaping financial services - but what happens as they start to come together? At Lloyds Technology Centre India, we’re exploring these technologies firsthand - turning engineering, data and innovation into real-world solutions. AI is enabling smarter decisions. Tokenisation is transforming how value moves - faster, more efficient and programmable. Bringing them together has real potential to unlock more seamless, real-time experiences - but this convergence is still emerging, and not yet a reality at scale. As these technologies evolve, trust, transparency and strong controls will be critical. In the latest episode of the Lloyds Banking Group No Ordinary Tech Podcast, Ron van Kemenade is joined by Michelle Neal, Graham R. and Jess Houlgrave to explore what this could mean for the future of financial services. https://lnkd.in/ezc2ccpa #AI #Tokenisation #DigitalAssets #NoOrdinaryTechPodcast #Innovation
