What's better than a decade? 11 years! Massive congratulations to Rahoul Srivastav from our People and Culture team and Sanchali Deb from our Customer Experience team on this milestone. Rahoul has built and hired the team that keeps Noise running every day — calm, detail-oriented, and always the one solving the fire, big or small. Eleven years in, he's still the person people turn to when things need to get done right. Sanchali has been a steady presence in the customer experience team, bringing warmth, perseverance, and an unmatched joy to her work. People like Rahoul and Sanchali are the reason Noise feels like home for so many of us — and we don't take that kind of commitment for granted. Here's to many more years of making noise with us. 🎉

The best part of building a company is building it with people who choose to grow alongside you. Today, we're celebrating PAVAN RAJPUT, Senior Director –Engineering, and Rupali Goel, Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, as they complete five years at Noise. Music Day. Father's Day. Yoga Day.  21st June was the big trio of important days, and guess what, Noisemakers filled their week with activities to commemorate each one of them. For all the fathers out there, we got personal. Handmade cards, sketches, doodles — little moments put down on paper.  The next day, we slowed down. Deep breathing, stretches, yoga poses. Noisemakers were then quiet for about an hour (an irony), serenaded by the immersive tunes of sound wellness therapy, where we took some time to pause, unwind, and tune into the Noise within. #LifeAtNoise
