I’ve written two or three posts that I keep forgetting to post when I get home… d’oh. So you’ll probably note three new posts tonight (back-posted) HA! 

I had a pretty great weekend. On Saturday I went to go watch the newest Bad Boys movie with my friends from work minus Sheryl (she’s off on a cruise, lucky duck!). The movie was absolutely amazing… I forgot how great these two guys are together and the chemistry from the first two movies is there and it was just … awesome. I laughed so hard from beginning to end… cried, got mad… all the emotions. It was truly great. I’d give it a 10 out of 10.  

Got home and took a sugar crash nap cuz I ate way too much sugar at the movies lol. Got up and headed over to Nelson and Triaha’s to watch Amalia so they could go out to celebrate Valentines (they were watching a friend’s baby on actual valentines, so they went a day later). I love my freakin’ munchkin so much. She’s so damn bright it makes so proud.  

Her thing now is running around (she can’t on her own just yet, so she does it with someone holding her under the arms –don’t hold her hands cuz she’ll freak lol). So momma was running around with her before they left and I was pretending to chase her, which gets all the giggles out of her. Then I reversed course and would go the other way, and she would poke her head out around a corner and if she saw me, she’d take off in the opposite direction LMAO. She’s not even 10 months yet (soon), but I feel like that is so advanced (maybe I’m nuts lol).  

She is also great at mimicking what we do. If she sees us doing something she HAS to do it (and we have to let her or she freaks). It’s just so truly epic lol. She was messing around on my phone and I went to YouTube for her kid show and she managed to text the video to my brother. LOL Of course, it was just pressing all the buttons, but she somehow did it ROFL. Danny text back with “Amalia?” LOL YEP! Lolllll. Just, too crazy.  

She went down for sleep, but she didn’t stay down. Now that she crawls/walks holding onto things, she stands up in her crib and rolls around like a rag doll …. Flinging herself all over that crib before she finally settles down lol. It’s hilarious to see, but it’s also like… go to sleep child!! LOL. At least she doesn’t whine, etc. until she falls asleep. She just babbles and then eventually settles in.  

They didn’t take too long, maybe two and a half hours, and we were home by 10:30PM. I played a little SIMS, but I was tired and so I hit the hay.

Sunday I went and watched Birds of Prey with Ani. It was pretty good. Not as excellent as Bad Boys was, but it was still kickass (those woman were beast!). I excepted a bit more humor out of it, so that was a disappointment. Also, I expected the ‘team’ to connect a lot earlier in the film, but that’s not the case (just a heads up!) … so yeah. I had more expectations for it, but it wasn’t a total bust. It was still engaging, action packed and did have a good amount of humor in it to let me give it a 7 out 10.  

After that I got home and decided to work on my loremaster on one of my off-mains (which I’m going to make my main) and also do all the ‘love’ dungeons to hopefully get the love rocket mount (which I won’t sigh lol). I did that pretty much until midnight and was able to do a zone and a half so that’s pretty good (they’re big zones). Hoping to finish that other half of a zone tonight and also finish running love dungeons (did many at lunch but still have about 7 characters to do it on). The event ends this Friday so really hoping I have some luck and get this mount lol… been farming it for yearsssss.  

I also want to stream SIMS 4 … but that means having to come up with a Twitch name and I dunno what to pick. I used to be so creative and now the brain is mush. I’d make it SIMS-y but I’m hoping to also do other types of games, not just SIMS. So I sort of need a name that encompasses that but also me? Lol.  

Anywho… after work today I’m going to go visit Diane and Nico. He had to go to the hospital this weekend—thankfully he’s okay now (and I just can’t do hospitals anymore… not after everything with dad and the months at a time of being there and the emotions tied to hospitals now is just so tainted and yeah). Diane is the most understanding person in the world. He was released this morning so I’m going to stop by the store to get him a little something and then go by their home to visit.  

Then, I hope to finish stuff in WoW and finish this book since this weekend was a wipe for reading lol. I really need to start playing the lottery … I need more free time to do all the things.
