Writing can be pretty miserable. But never fear, there are people who'll be right with you when you're grumping about your resistant characters, your incoherent thesis or your terrifyingly obscure non-fiction writing. wrisomifu has the outrageous demand that you write 10 minutes per day in November but in recompense, hosts much grumping and/or cheering in the daily check-in posts. Also, joining is worth it just to read the hilarious mod posts.
