| Community Description: | The icon makers' place for constructive feedback |
Hello, icon makers.
This community is an open space for anybody who would like to get feedback on their icons and short analyses in comment form to help in their icon making.
General Rules:
>Focus on the icon, not the maker.
>Give real constructive feedback & not just how you feel-
ex. "I think the size of the text takes away from the subject." is better than
"I don't like the use of large text."
>Adding helpful tips is also another way to go, since this community was made for this reason-
ex-"I think the size of the text takes away from the subject. Perhaps using it in a different colour or changing the opacity can work."
>Be nice and polite in your comments.
>Post up to 5 icons only per day.
What to write:
First see what problems you detect in the icon and point those out, nicely. (ex. Is the icon blurry/too sharp? Is it overcrowded?)
If you can also suggest any ways to remove the problem technically with the use of editing tools or using a different idea, then that's helpful too.
