Using telepathy/mind-reading on this character: Oh my gosh yes, with this boy? Do it.

In canon, Mao has a power called a 'geass,' an ability he's had since he was six years old. His allows him to hear and read the thoughts of anyone within a 500-yard radius (this is reduced in Vatheon to 200 yards) and can use it to his advantage via manipulation, information gathering, etc etc. However unlike Lelouch's geass, Mao can not turn this ability off. What I want to know is;
Can Mao read your character's mind? If not, he'll only be able to hear white noise.: Just as it says on the tin (i.e. as he did with Shirley or Suzaku). If not, congratulations; you're his new friend.Maybe. Also if you do not want him to be able to go full-out, he can just skim their surface thoughts at that current moment.
If yes to the previous, can he manipulate your character with their own thoughts? He's a bit of a douchebag-troll with this.
Is there anything you don't want him revealing/mentioning?: Just like before, if there's anything you don't want mentioned to your character, just say so!
If he can read their minds, what could he pick up on and mess with?: Just as it says on the tin, again! An example could be his bit with Lelouch or Shirley, but even going as far as delving into Suzaku's mind to dig up what really happened with his father.
Anything else?: Questions, comments?

Can Mao read your character's mind?: I'm not going to say no, but i think mao should be pretty damn careful going inside of Highblood mind, it might make mao more insane than he already is
Can he manipulate your character with their own thoughts?: kinda impossible since he has his own mindfuckery too and they might cancel one another out or something
Is there anything you don't want him revealing/mentioning?: mmmm, i don't think so? there isn't really a lot that he keeps secret
If he can read their minds, what could he pick up on? blood, violence, gore, etc
