We announce today that PPC Group will enter the Hungarian energy market, marking the first milestone of PPC Group’s new 2026-2030 strategic roadmap. PPC Renewables, PPC Group’s 100% subsidiary, will integrate to its portfolio of RES an operational 57.5 MW solar PV park in Southern Hungary, alongside the option to acquire a collocated 49 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) currently under development. 🔋☀️ This is the first expansion of our €24 billion investment program, which aims to nearly double our installed clean energy capacity by 2030. By expanding our footprint into Hungary, we are building a unified, resilient, and diversified green energy platform stretching from Greece to Central and South-Eastern Europe.
