Capture content of Virtual Display programmatically e.g. with ffmpeg?

Having a BetterDisplay Virtual Display, is there any chance I can use a command line to record the content of that virtual display e.g. using ffmpeg?

Yes, you should be able to capture a virtual screen's content just like as any other screen.
