Update the Create a Virtual Machine steps to include changing the default VM name from linux-zulu to tomcat-vm #3

@selvasingh The Deploy to Azure link under https://github.com/selvasingh/tomcat-on-virtual-machine#create-a-linux-virtual-machine-with-java opens the wizard with linux-zulu as the VM name. Update the steps to highlight the change of the VM name as well OR update the env variable script to match the default name - currently it's set to tomcat-vm in the env variables.
