Online Learning verification for OMSCS gatech

The screenshot I uploaded has this, proving that I'm doing online learning

However my application was rejected with the following reasons

If you believe that the school you have applied for has incorrect information that affects your current application e.g. incorrect email domain, please select ‘My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location’ option when submitting a GitHub Education support ticket.

I'm trying to get student card but it's currently in pause and will resume on 1/27/2025, hoping I can get github student pack beforehand. https://www.buzzcard.gatech.edu/students-new-students/

How can this get resolved? any advice on what to do here? Previous discussion that's unanswered is here https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/58970 not sure if it's UI issue currently I can only upload one document using front camera hence quality is a bid worse (the page does not allowed me to switch to using back camera)
