Exclude issues in Done status for Slice By filters

When a Slice By: Assignee is selected, the count of issues next to the person's name includes all issues visible on the board. When I have on the board all statuses visible: ToDo, In Progress and Done, this shows all un-archived issues in the issue count.

The problem is:

• for the BurnUp chart to work, I cannot archive old done issues
• I cannot limit the number of issues displayed in the Done column in any way

so:

• I end up with 300 issues in the Done column
• and 100 issues showing up in per assignee counts

It would be great if the per-assignee issue count would at least provide a way to exclude Done issues.
