Hi,

In my repo I have a user who has created an issue, but its not visible. The users account was created in December and they can see their issue but no one else can. Other people have created issues in my repo without any problems. I know that the ID of the issue is 135 but when I follow the link I get 404. They say its not deleted. I have not been able to find any restrictions in my repo that would cause this. It's a public repo.
Help would be appreciated,

I've had this happen once, I believe that is something only the GitHub support would be able to provide you insight on. I recommend opening a ticket and posting the repository and issue for them to look into.
