Projects: Allow project board to set issue labels based on column name

It would be great if the project board columns could be configured to set/clear labels on issues.

Say, for example, I have three columns on my project board:

• Icebox
• ToDo
• In Progress

I would like all of the issues under each of those columns to automatically have a label reflective of their column name.

This way, when other folks dig around in the issues (without looking at the project board), they could have a sense of where that task is in our project planning.
