"Pull Shark" achievement is too easy

When achievements first rolled out, I immediately got a pretty high level on the Pull Shark achievement (I'm currently at a x3), mostly because of PRs into my own repositories. TBH, I feel like I cheated a bit because of this. IMO that badge should only be for PRs merged by another user. That way I can feel like the achievement is a badge of honor for making good PRs, not just a simple count of how many PRs I made.
