Issue with Editing Issue Titles Using Japanese IME on GitHub Projects

When editing issue titles in GitHub Projects using an Input Method Editor (IME) for Japanese, pressing Enter to finalize the IME input inadvertently confirms the entire title edit. This results in incomplete edits and unexpected behavior for Japanese-speaking users. This issue is same as #6358 .

Environment:

• Browser: Google Chrome 125.0.6422.77
• Operating System: macOS Sonoma 14.3
• IME: ATOK for Mac Ver.33.0.0

Additional Information:

This issue may affect other languages and IMEs that rely on similar input methods. It would be helpful to investigate and ensure that the title editing experience is consistent across different languages and input methods.
