Hello,

I haven't had as much time as I'd like to work on neofetch so development has slowed down. I'll be on break from uni around the start of October so it'll give me enough time to release a new version and fix any bugs that come up.

Android

I'd like to squeeze Android support into this release if we can get it to a better condition than it is now by the ETA. This will be a lot easier if those with Android devices test the android2 branch and report any bugs/problems with it.

There are some changes in the android2 branch that will benefit everyone else so if we can't get the android branch ready we can at least merge those changes.

Windows 10

I want to get neofetch working on Windows 10's bash shell before this release, I think I saw someone working on a separate branch a while ago. This shouldn't be too difficult and Screenfetch has already implemented it so we've got something to reference. :P

Break

For the next 2 weeks I'll be in South Korea on a study tour with my university, I don't know how the internet situation is going to work so I don't know if I'll be able to respond to Issues/Pull Requests in a timely manner.

Thanks

1.8 will release once #339 is merged.

I would've liked to include Android support as well but it looks like it'll have to be pushed back to 1.9. There will probably be a few 1.8.X releases if people encounter any bugs since a lot has changed since 1.7.
