Konsole New Terminal Startup Break the image(iterm2)

i need help, for some reason when i startup a new konsole the neofetch image change back to acosii logo icon
but when i use "neofetch" the image go back to normal
am using iterm2 for image backends cause other wont work for me
(sorry for bad english)
