  • I have tried with the latest version of Docker Desktop
  • I have tried disabling enabled experimental features
  • I have uploaded Diagnostics
  • Diagnostics ID: 24B65E5F-A9D7-4063-98EF-0A30333C4F39/20220617032736

Expected behavior

Working offline normally.

Actual behavior

Constantly getting the following error when using docker desktop offline:

Error invoking remote method 'fetch-data': FetchError: request to https://desktop.docker.com/tips.json failed, reason: net::ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

This is even if I have disabled the "Show weekly tips" option.
