github actions源码编译的一些问题

问题：
模板.config里没有选择vsftp、kms激活等一些软件，通过make defconfig后，make download里就多了这些app，请问怎么确保未选择的软件不要自动加进来呀？
GitHub actions相关部分模板执行步骤如下：
