Listed below are the steps I'll take to implement bip431,

  • Major changes should happen in checkMempoolAcceptance - we should refactor this method into two-step validations, block validation and policy validation.
  • Implement the new policy for tx v3.
  • Implement submitpackage for btcd.
  • Support submitpackage in rpcclient.
