Currently, the UPnP code sends the system hostname in the request. This should be made to send an actual IP address.

If --listen is specified, it should choose one of those. Otherwise if wildcard, try each one until it succeeds.

The createrawssrtx could not produce correctly formed revocations.
The code has been corrected to call the correct internal API. A
new 'fee' option was added to the JSON command to add a fee to the
revocation.
