Welcome to the Fan Soundtrack Project, Dreamwidth Edition!

The basic premise of this community is for fans to draw up a track listing on their favorite series, characters, ships, anything - and post the listing along with mp3 files to the comm. In other words... Fan Soundtracks (FST).

RULES

1 ) The community is mostly public! Passersby and nonmembers will be able to view and interact with most posts. But in order to make posts and see some members-only locked posts, you'll need to join.

2 ) Posts linking to an external streaming playlist can be public. Any FST post with mp3 downloads must be members locked to the community.

3 ) Subject headers should be formatted as such:
[Medium i.e. manga/TV/movie] [Source Title e.g. Heroes, Prince of Tennis] [title of FST is optional]
e.g. [Book] [The Lord of the Rings] Siblings: An Eomer and Eowyn FST

We're not gonna come after you if you don't use that formatting, but it'll help with organization at a glance.

4 ) If you're sharing a link to a playlist (Spotify or Youtube Music or whatever other online streaming service), please make a note of it in the post description and link!

5 ) CD cover art is optional but please make sure all images are a reasonable size/dimension. If you use fanart for the cover, please remember to credit the artist.

6 ) Share the love of an FST you liked and let the OP know!

Obviously don't be a dick about an FST. If it's not a series, character, or focus you like, or has music you aren't interested in, the OP probably doesn't want to hear it.
