Last year, Binay Kumar Yadav and Megha Raizada from our Noida team 🇮🇳 volunteered to become Brevo's Disability Inclusion Referents. One of their first goals was simple: bring inclusion beyond conversations and into meaningful, shared experiences. Together with Aastha Maini Khurana from our Social Committee and Harshit Saxena from our People team, they brought that idea to life by welcoming MITTI Cafe, a social enterprise whose cafés are entirely run by adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. What followed was much more than an event. It was a reminder that inclusion isn't built through words alone, but through the moments we create together. The team listened to personal stories, joined a live Q&A, painted tote bags and t-shirts side by side, discovered products crafted with purpose, and shared conversations that continued well beyond the schedule. We also had the privilege of hearing from Alina Alam, the founder of MITTI Cafe, whose story gave even more meaning to the day. Thank you, MITTI Cafe, for sharing your story and reminding us what inclusion looks like in practice. And thank you to our Brevo team for taking part with such care. 💚

Glitters, disco balls... Welcome to our very seventies-inspired summer parties! 🪩 Bell bottoms? Check. Glitter? Plenty. Dance moves? Let's just say... some groovy moves are staying off the internet. 🕺 From Paris 🇫🇷 to Austin 🇺🇸, Berlin 🇩🇪 to Noida 🇮🇳, summer party season was officially on. Mid-year is the perfect excuse to hit pause, celebrate what we've accomplished together, and spend some quality time with the people we usually only meet between meetings. One thing's for sure: great teams don't just build great things together. They also know how to own a dance floor (or at least give it a solid try 👀).

Being a French-founded company with teams across the globe meant there was no shortage of World Cup opinions flying around this summer. We expected the biggest differences to be between cultures. Instead, we kept noticing the same thing: Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Boomers were all watching in completely different ways. So, naturally, we overanalyzed it.
