RP journal for Bai Lin, my original character from the post-apocalyptic kung-fu table top RPG campaign titled Fists of Asphalt.

In the distant year 21XX, the world slowly tries to recover from the nuclear war a century in the past. It's hard, though, when petty warlords and raiders take cooperation and rebuilding as a sign of weakness and steal anything they can take.

Then on the other hand, you have wanderers like Bai Lin. Raised as a warrior monk of the Supreme Soaring Fist temple/dojo, then exiled for trying to bring the abbot's corruption to light, Lin wanders the wasteland of the 22nd century. With her little band of misfits, runaways, and cynical bastards, Lin rights wrongs, deposes warlords, and brings a tiny light of hope where before there was only the black clouds of despair and nuclear winter.
