Julianna "Jules" Callaghan is a police officer, trained sniper and part of Team One of the Strategic Response Unit (SRU) of Toronto. She starts out as the team's second main sniper but works her way more and more into profiling and mainly serves as second negotiator under Sergeant Gregory Parker.

Jules was deputed as an officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police before getting transferred to the SRU.
