Biography: Sam is from a long and ancient line of vampire hunters. Unfortunately, she is the last of them. They were hunted to the point of extinction in her world, and only she was spared, for reasons still unknown to her. Born in 1996 to Chris and Patricia Walker, Sam was their only daughter. She had three older brothers.

Sam grew up tough, it was hard not to with who her family was. She was trained to hunt from a very early age. She never had a normal childhood, and her normal just revolved around blood and pain. She was only 15 when Luc killed her family, and to this day she doesn't understand why she was left alive.

Her life is a lonely one, and she is prepared to do anything she has to do in order to keep people safe. She's tried to kill Luc numerous times over the years, but she's never been successful. And he's had dozens if not more chances to kill her, and he never has. She doesn't understand why.

Sam doesn't let anyone get too close to her because she knows that will make them a target. She puts everyone else before herself and knows she will die young and alone. And when she does, God help the world....because all of the hunters and protectors will truly be gone.
