| Name: | The Djao'Mor'Terra Collective |

| Birthdate: | Jul 1, 1982 |
| Location: | Portland, Oregon, United States |
| Website: | My LJ |
I am Chaos Incarnate. A Multiple, a Pagan, an Aspie, and a bunch of other labels. But I am beyond labels. I am so far out of the box that the box is floating away on the ocean towards the horizon.
I am also a published author! The first book in my Ravenstone Family series -- "Dalia Ravenstone and the Vicious Circle" (by Fay Anne Aura Arts) -- is out now. The Ravenstone Family series: It's a little like the Addams Family, a little like Harry Potter (without the bigotry) or The Worst Witch, a little like the October Daye series by Seanan McGuire, and a lot like none of those things. It features an ethnically and neurologically diverse cast; the protagonist of the first book, Dalia Ravenstone, is a black, autistic, transgender goth girl with chronic anxiety, chronic depression, and a missing foot (by birth). Dalia's best friends are a Korean-American boy with ADHD who uses a wheelchair, a white ginger girl who likes both girly things and tinkering with machines, a kitsune living in poverty, a Goblin foreign exchange student, and a laptop computer that acts like it’s sentient.
Dalia’s family consists of:
* A black intersex goth woman.
* A thin, gentle, soft-spoken black man with a fondness for plants.
* A transgender Navajo woman whose work has brought the family out of poverty.
* Several peculiar siblings.
* One of her grandparents is a ghost, while the other is the necromancer who summoned him back from the dead.
* A bad-ass fairy godmother that can scare the pants off most people.
* A vampire for a great-grandfather.
* And many more weird and wonderful family members and friends of the family.
The best part is, the book is free! (First taste is free, kiddies!) You can get it here or at my website: Fayanora dot Neocities dot org
Then please review it on Goodreads when you're done.
(Book is free because I initially just had it on my website, since I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding a publisher and the thought of needing to change my tax status if it did well. But then the library said I could only get it published to Overdrive -- and thus accessible to libraries and searchable by library patrons -- if I went through a company such as Draft2Digital, which I did. I initially didn't try Amazon before Draft2Digital because they have a bad reputation of screwing over authors with their return policy and people using it like a library, but because it was and is also on my website, that's why it's not on Amazon. But Draft2Digital helps protect against that, so the second book and beyond will not be on my website, and will be on Amazon.)
My politics: Long-time antifascist, pro-choice (bodily autonomy is a human right!), and an anarcho-communist. Black lives matter, capitalism is a death cult, landlords are predators and parasites, nobody in the world should have a billion dollars, fascism is evil, Trump and his cronies are fascists, and housing is a human right. Having access to clean water and to edible and good food are also human rights. I am also staunchly pro-Palestine and against the existence of the state of Israel, which is a colonizer state that stole Palestine from its indigenous population, renamed it Israel, and started oppressing and then mass murdering the indigenous Palestinians. If you think this is the same as anti-semitism, try telling that to the hundreds of Jewish people who are also pro-Palestine and anti-Israel.
I am very poor. Please help me pay for food:

THE DJAO'MOR'TERRA COLLECTIVE:

(I occasionally post adult material to this journal; underage viewers should not proceed. (But you probably will. Though sadly for you, such material is generally friendslocked under a special "kink" filter. Get thy porn elsewhere, chillins!)

Explanation of the symbols in the above picture.
I am a 30-something transwoman who is into age play (Ageplay definition) as a little. As such, I am very close to my inner child. I am a writer and photographer as well, and have myriad interests. My spiritual path is eclectic pagan, with quite a bit of my own stuff added. Beyond that, I am also weirdness incarnate. :-)
I am a Multiple, a neo-mythos neo-pagan, Discordian, Chaote, an Aspie, pansexual, demisexual where men are concerned but not where women are concerned, polyamorous, age play little with a maddy (genderless term, combo between mommy and daddy) {so don't kinkshame age play please!}, a writer, an artist, gender-fluid leaning towards trans feminine, and a bunch of other labels. I am so far out of the box that the box is floating away on the ocean towards the horizon.
Countering some more misconceptions about me.
System Name: The Djao'Mor'Terra Collective (Djao’Mor’Terra = [ʒaʊ moʊr teəʳə]) (IPA) Call me Fay.
NOTE: this LJ is the system blog on LJ for the Djao'Mor'Terra Collective, but only Tempest Alexandria and Fayanora Ahnabahn ever really post in it. Call us Fayanora or Fay unless otherwise indicated. Point of possible confusion: Because we are a multiple system and "Fayanora" is both the name of an individual in that system and the old system name, please use they/them/their when referring to the Djao'Mor'Terra Collective as a whole. Otherwise, assume you're talking to Fayanora Ahnabahn unless informed differently, and use she/her pronouns. Though if you use they/them/their all the time we're cool with that, too.
NOTE TWO: If we're ever rude to you without you having been rude to us first, we apologize. We are a collective, and one of our members (Alex) is a bit of an asshole. Sometimes we're genuinely unaware of the way we sound, and other times it's Alex. Being a collective that share memories and whose members tend to bleed into one another sometimes, sometimes Alex bleeds into us when we're on this account. He has his own account where he's SUPPOSED to keep his assholishness away from our account, but it doesn't always work out that way, especially if we've just switched from his account to this one without some sort of buffer between them, like Pi's account. (Pi is basically Alex's opposite in temperament.) Having been made aware of the problem, we will work on fixing it.
Age: 42 as of July 2024
Gender: Femme genderqueer
Pronouns: Would love djai ( ʒeɪ ) and djair ( ʒeəʳ ), the genderless pronouns of the Ah'Koi Bahnis, but she/her will work fine.
Kintypes: "Ah'Koi Bahnis" [ah-koy-bonn-iss] alien; "Duenicallo" [doo-en-ih-ky-yo] alien (same planet as AKB); Shapeshifter.
Description of the body: 42 year old ginger (freckles & auburn hair that appears brown) with blue eyes.
Description of collective: The Djao'Mor'Terra Collective consists of 9 members.
Spirituality (of Tempest/Fay): Neo-mythos technopagan. My spirituality is a unique path I came up with that I call Yahgahn, which is a neo-mythos neopagan path. I came up with this path for a scifi story and fell in love with it, adopting it. Given infinite alternate universes theory, I believe the planet it comes from, Traipah, really exists in some other universe. As such, I believe I lived there in a past life. So I suppose that makes me Otherkin, but I don't have much to do with that community.
The Yahgahn Statements of Faith
Basic Sophont Responsibilities.
The Two-Hand Path, some philosophy of my subset of the Yahgahn faith. (In the stories, there are many sub-faiths within Yahgahn. My own sub-faith of Yahgahn is called "the Shaobahn Order.")
Before you decide one way or another about me, please read this: http://fayanora.livejournal.com/838343.html
I sometimes find other people judging me by their own limitations and worldviews. This is a mistake, because in all my life I struggled to understand concepts that other people take for granted as part of their worldviews. And what I found was that even when I understand these concepts, I generally find them so utterly alien to my own way of thinking that I might as well be an alien living amongst humans. So I'm going to take a moment and point out some things that you should be aware of if you want to understand me:
1. I do not accept the premise that the shape, size, texture, color, or any other attribute of any part of one's body can be used to define the entirety of who they are as a person. I reject utterly the notion that you are your body. Humans are not their bodies: humans are their minds and souls. The body is just a tool of those. And, like any tool, if it doesn't match what you want to do with it, this becomes a problem. Just as you presumably would not use a chainsaw to hammer in a nail, a person may find their mental and spiritual state of being to differ from that of their body. I happen to have a rather severe case of this, largely due to the fact that I see only one body when there should be at least nine bodies, due to my mind having multiplied itself by nine. No matter how I look at it, my body does not in any wise fit my mind and soul.
2. I do not accept the premise that anyone is in any way, shape, or form better or worse than anyone else. People just are what they are. I reject utterly the notion that anyone is better or worse than anyone else.
3. I fail to understand how anyone can think one form of life is better than another. I find humanity to be such an arrogant species in regards to thinking themselves better than other animals and other forms of life just because they think they're cleverer. I think anyone who doesn't already realize that animals and plants feel pain is being either delusional or dense or both. I always thank the spirits of my food for their sacrifice, and always regret that life must feed on life to continue.
4. I do not accept the premise that everyone must behave the same way, think the same way, and all be the same. I reject utterly the whole concept of “normal” as utterly irrelevant, boring, and even possibly blasphemous (if anything can be said to be blasphemous), as it claims God values sameness, when a quick glance at the world's myriad lifeforms immediately disproves this fallacy.
5. I reject utterly the notion of “separate.” All life is connected to all other life. When we hurt the least of us, we hurt ourselves; especially if we did it intentionally. Fail to help another, and you fail to help yourself.
6. I don't understand this need people seem to have to always be right. Who cares if you're right or wrong? Why do you care? Does being right do any good? Why must you force others to believe as you do? I reject utterly the need to be right.
7. I don't understand why people are willfully mean to one another over differences of opinion. But I make a distinction, also, in that any opinion which says someone should die for something they can't help about themselves, or for any harmless thing they're doing, is bad. That is, if your opinion devalues anyone's humanity for their religion, race, gender identity, sexual preference, neurostatus, or the level of their ability, especially if that opinion of them includes wishing death on them, then I will not hesitate to block you and/or lay the verbal smackdown on you for your violent hate speech. I will not tolerate intolerance, and I will not tolerate anyone who thinks that I should. And it harm none, do as ye will, but hateful words ARE harmful, so no, I do not respect any opinion that is hateful, harmful, and violent.
I think that about covers it. More later if I think of more.

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."
---from "Alice In Wonderland" by Lewis Carroll (Aptly describes both this LJ and the planet Earth.)
I have several friends filters out of necessity:
1. Acquaintances - for people I don't know well, usually only people who get on here are random people who come in and friend me randomly.
2. Friends - the people I really know and like.
3. Multiplicity - If you don't know what this means, ask me. If you want to test if you're on this filter or not, click here.
Enjoy my oddness!
Chaotic Blessings;
