"She expected the world"

Well today was the surgery on my left wrist to have my ganglion cyst removed. My nurses and surgeon were incredibly nice and funny to boot. I'm home with Vicodin for the pain and am forbidden from working tomorrow (which I'm thankful for). They've got my hand and half of my forearm in what's called a pressure wrap - which is basically a cross between an ace bandage and an actual cast. I'm stuck with it for the next 10 days - which'll make things fun since I start class on Monday.

But I'm just glad the thing's gone and my wrist shouldn't hurt as much anymore.
