Featured image
[edit]This is an outstanding image. I am going to nominate it for featured image. Thanks--Camilo Sanchez (talk) 16:56, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
- Looking at the featured image criteria, I do not think that it would pass. The image does not pass criterion #2 ("minimum of 1000 pixels in width or height") and there are sure to be objections on the basis of criterion #3 (some of it based in neutral, but subjective, evaluation of the image itself and some based in a personal dislike for the topic being depicted). That's not to say, of course, that it isn't a good image: it depicts the subject clearly, is free, and is much better than a black-and-white sketch or drawing. –BLACK FALCON (TALK) 22:18, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
- What's wrong with a b/w sketch drawing? I'm sure the pornography industry would facilitate photos of people actually engaging in sex acts. I'm not a prude... far from it, just have a feeling there will be a page on Wikipedia about people who fetishize Wikipedia entries. An minimalistic b/w would be much more appropriate if available. PS: Dan Savage suggested Pegging (which was bleeped so to not be clear) to Steven Colbert last night, so expect some traffic. Congrats to the artist. --67.54.192.38 (talk) 15:36, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
