RingCentral and Synthflow now work together inside the same call flow. RingCX voice queues can now route calls to a Synthflow agent over SIP, with caller context passed through Workflow Studio. The agent takes the first pass. When the session ends, the call returns to the existing RingCX workflow. RingCX keeps the workflow. Synthflow handles the conversation.

You can now build and run Synthflow agents without leaving Claude Code or Codex. Connect once through the Synthflow MCP server, and the agent workspace comes to where you already work: create and manage agents, place and review test calls, build knowledge bases, run actions — straight from Codex or Claude apps.
