On complex construction projects, knowing progress isn’t enough. A defining milestone for NavVis. And a major step toward physical AI at scale. Today, we're announcing that 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗩𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗨𝗦𝗗 𝟴𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗗 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 to build the data foundation for physical AI. The round is led by TJC (The Jordan Company), alongside existing shareholders Yttrium (together with a consortium of industrial Family Offices), Kozo Keikaku Engineering, Inc. and Cipio Partners. The investment comes as NavVis reaches significant scale. In 2025 alone, more than one billion square meters of industrial plants, construction sites and buildings were captured, processed and shared through NavVis. More than 150,000 users across engineering, maintenance and construction rely on our data and systems to reduce downtime, accelerate data-center construction and shorten maintenance shutdowns. Others are already using NavVis reality data to plan the next generation of robotics rollouts and train industrial foundation models. This funding will help us go further. We will invest in the technology and infrastructure required to scale reality data throughput by another order of magnitude, accelerate our AI product roadmap and develop the intelligence layer that makes reality data semantic, actionable and accessible to millions of operators, as well as the robots and agents bringing physical AI into construction and industry. We will also broaden our market presence, with a strong focus on the US, where NavVis has scaled fastest in recent years. The ambition is simple: more scalability, more intelligence and ultimately more productivity for the world's most valuable physical assets.
