Fünf Studierende. Vier Monate. Eine reale Herausforderung aus der Industrie. Im 5. Innopreneur Circle der DHBW Lörrach konnten wir vom Technology Training Center (TTC) einen Innovationscase einbringen: TTC-I-Link, unsere digitale Lernplattform für technisches Prozesswissen entlang pharmazeutischer und verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen. Ein interdisziplinäres Team aus fünf Studierenden entwickelte eine Go‑to‑Market‑Strategie und ein Geschäftsmodel mit konkreten Ansätzen, wie digitales Lernen noch gezielter in den Arbeitsalltag unserer Kunden integriert werden kann – basierend auf Interviews, Marktanalysen, Workshops und vielen Diskussionen. Der Innopreneur Circle zeigt, wie Innovation entsteht, wenn Hochschule und Unternehmen zusammenarbeiten: Studierende bringen frische Perspektiven ein, Unternehmen erhalten Impulse für reale Herausforderungen. Ein Höhepunkt der Abschlussveranstaltung war die Keynote von Gero Nordmann, PhD, Mitglied des Group Executive Boards der Glatt Group. Anhand persönlicher Erfahrungen aus Forschung, Industrie und Unternehmensentwicklung zeigte er, welche Faktoren Innovation tatsächlich prägen: Idee. Timing. Skalierbarkeit. Kontext. Team. Hartnäckigkeit. Kapital. Zeit. Und manchmal auch ein Quäntchen Glück. Sein Fazit fasste den Tag passend zusammen: „𝐄𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧. 𝐋𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐧. 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧. 𝐖𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐬𝐞𝐧.“ Der Innopreneur Circle zeigt, wie Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft gemeinsam Innovation gestalten können. Aus Ideen werden Konzepte. Aus Zusammenarbeit entstehen Lösungen.
