Did the last batch of shopping today and I was asked for my ID. But that was for an 18, though I may have been getting sidelong looks for the 15s as well. \o/ Good thing I'm keeping a photocopy of my passport on me now, except my picture is so blurry that I really doubt you'd be able to recognise me from it. XDD


Okay, since there didn't seem to be an overall list of all the prompts going up for Madness (and I'm sleepy) I decided to finally update my tags list on livejournal. And I found that it doesn't allow for merging and if you try to change a tag to something that already exists, it doesn't work. So this means that I'll have to change a couple of the tags manually.

I don't mind that much, but seeing how my '1/2 Prince' tag is on 134 entries... yeah. I may do that one later, or just not, no matter how it - okay, I will eventually change it, but I'll probably do it in batches or something.


I got a PM from a reader of my Beyblade stuff today, and it made me go back to at least Kai's Bad Day and... huh. It's actually not as bad as I thought it was/remember it being. XD And really, the writing in general isn't bad and everything gets tied up neatly at the end. There aren't any needless scenes and I even use scene changes to increase the tension!

O___o What happened? It's taken me four years to hopefully get near to that point again in writing longfic!

I may actually go back and read Welcome to the UK and Of Different Worlds tomorrow, while I'm waiting for the yuletide archive to stop dying under the strain; I know that I've had a lot of people faving and following those two, mostly WttU, and I've mostly been thinking, 'but wwwwhy? It's filled with typos!'

I wonder if I'd actually attempt to finish them again. I think I wrote myself into a corner for WttU, and ODW is... pretty long. I'd written over 50k and if I'm figuring this out right, it's only at the end of the first act. That, and you know, I haven't been in the fandom for over four years, so my characterisation of them is going to be baaaad. Somehow, I still remember some of how the fic was supposed to go, but had to change because Kai just didn't want to do it. XDD

Need to remember to reply to them.

Ooooh! Anonymity Meme! If there was something that you've wanted to tell me but feel shy to, feel free to tell me here. I was gonna wait for lurker day but knowing me, I'd go and forget to check when it was again so this is better. :)

Oh, and to the people who read this for fanfiction updates. If anyone does anyways. I've finally started on the next chapter of Of Different Worlds. @_@ Took me long enough!
I suddenly got the impulse to start writing again last night. ¬ ¬ Which meant I didn't go to bed/sleep until at least 1 in the morning. I think I started at half past 11 as well. Meh, I wrote out three and a bit pages but then again, my handwriting it pretty bad and changes sizes every so often. Especially when I was doing that on my bad and leaning on top of my drawing folder. I'm not sure how much I've actually written because I need to re-read my fic to remember certain parts. ^^; It shouldn't take me that long anyway.
I think this'll be longer than usual. I'm not sure because when I'd thought of one thing earlier, I thought it would end up happening at the end of one chapter but it ended up getting stretched over three. *shrugs* I guess I'll find out when I do it.

Hmm, I've started writing a Mary Sue parody ficlet. It's a Beyblade one and it'll (hopefully) be a oneshot. If it isn't, not much I can do really. It'll just be another fic that I'll take ages updating.
On another note, I've nearly finished the next chapter of Of Different Worlds. Uh, I think so anyway. *Shakes head* Man, this story isn't going as I thought it was. But then again, all I thought of originally, was the start, and the...okay the ending keeps on changing in my head.

I'm gonna watch Ocean's Eleven and I missed the first episode of Joey! *Cries*

I had started a new fic back at the end of September, but then I got bored with it.
Guess what?
Got back into it. Even got out my Biology stuff to get the terminology right.
It's a pokémon/beyblade crossover. Basically, bitbeasts were originally pokémon and that they were made during the same time as Mewtwo. Which gives me a little problem since I'm writing the proluge as mainly jounral entries. So lots of long words and more formal language.
I'll be starting the new chapter of Of Different Worlds pretty soon.

I knew the scanner was going to affect me more than make me hyper. I've just kept on drawing. There's only 4 drawings on deviantart but I don't want to stuff everything on at once. So basically a new drawing every day.
Not that hard really.
Depending on the complexity, I can finish it withing half an hour...Or it can take me up to four hours. And I still haven't coloured in that one. -_-'
Oh well. I'll never go near paints. Ever. They never work for me. Pencils will probably be the best thing for me.
I wonder what photoshop is like...?
Anyways, don't worry too much about the fanfictions. I'm finishing them off at school...During english...lalala...You never heard it from me, got it?
I've practically completed the new chapter of Of Different Worlds. I just have to fill in the gaps. I might finish it this week. Depending. But I've also still got some NABs coming up, so it could take a while.

I think I'm going to mostly use this for updates about my fanfiction and why I'm not writing said fanfiction.
Well, I've finally got back on track with Of Different Worlds (Beyblade). Though the reason I couldn't do it was because of I wanted it close to canon as I wanted but I couldn't find the right information...Now I just have to finish writing the damn chapter...
I've got loads of tests coming up as well. So that ain't helping either.
