My journal isn't updated as often as I'd really like, but since I've no-one to blame for that but myself, I can't really complain.

Over the past few years, I've been an martial arts instructor, actor, forum moderator, improviser, karaoke devotee, roleplayer and occasional journalist. I tend to spend the majority of the time I'm not in the office these days either bumming around forums and reading webcomics online, watching the generally splendid digital TV channel Dave with my wife or procrastinating. Most often the latter.

Some will know me as Paul, others Sam, some as Rai, depending on where we first encountered one another. If you don't know me particularly well, you can probably get a fair idea of who I am through my journal's public entries, although many posts are friends-only, for various reasons.
