WHO ARE YOU ANYWAY?


I'm Daisee Chain.

No, this is not my real name. If we meet in RL I go by Daisee. Unless you know me from somewhere else in RL as well. In which case you will probably call me something else entirely and confuse everyone.

I'm active, although slightly sedentary, in a number of fandoms and cycle through them depending on new releases and my own whims.

I write. I read. Occasionally I get carried away and think I can create art. Don't worry. It doesn't last very long.

I have terrible recall. If I forget details from your favourite series/film/book/fic, where I met you, what your name is, or what my name is it's not personal but I don't appreciate being stomped on for this failing. My brain is what it is.

I am perfectly happy to believe 10 contradictory statements in any given hour so do not subscribe to OTPs or variations thereof, although I do favour certain couplings in certain fandoms. I'm always happy to read good writing of any sort, although my reading list is now impossible to catch up with.

This is the only 'social networking tool' I use, so I won't IM or Twitter. If you'd like to contact me offlist please use the personal message function on lj. This is no longer true. I now have a Twitter account. Same handle.

I don't ask permission before doing so, simply because it's too time consuming. If you want me to remove you from my list of friends, just ask and it will be done.
