📢 The LEXIS Platform is helping make advanced computing more accessible. In the latest issue of #HiPEACinfo78, Martin Golasowski from IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Center presents how LEXIS Platform provides a gateway to #supercomputing, #quantum, and #AI technologies – enabling users to manage computations through an intuitive web interface, from data upload to job execution and results delivery. The article also highlights the role of the LEXIS Platform in European projects such as the Ligate Project, EXA4MIND, OpenWebSearch.eu, and BioDT, as well as its integration into the EuroHPC Federation Platform. 🎆 Today marked a significant milestone for IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Center, which officially inaugurated #VLQ. ⚛️ VLQ is the first quantum computer launched in the Czech Republic with 24 physical qubits in a ⭐-shaped topology. This architecture provides unique connections between qubits, significantly increasing the efficiency of quantum computations and distinguishing #VLQ from competing systems. ➡️ The LEXIS Platform 2 played a significant role during the official launch of #VLQ today. The LEXIS Platform 2 was extended by the team of Jan Martinovič to support the execution of quantum computations. It facilitates the integration of the #VLQ quantum computer and the existing HPC infrastructure at IT4Innovations.
