For the most part my journal is friends locked, so if you add me send me a message or I will just ignore you.



I am, in no particular order: a woman, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a confidant, a pain in the ass, a competent adult, a frightened child, a cynic, an idealist.... In short I am complicated.



My vocation is a librarian. Currently I am working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as the only cataloger, doing everything from government documents, to law materials, new general fiction and non-fiction, as well as rare materials.



In 2019, the Forum building, which contains the Library and all of the related offices, will be closed for renovation. The PA Department of General Services believes that it will take 2 years to complete. Those of us who actually work here believe that they are delusional.



My passion is learning. I greatly appreciate Snark in most of its forms.



I was diagnosed with chronic depression at 19, and about 20 years ago with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Some days are better than others.

Spelling/typing and I are only friends in passing, so occasionally there are spelling/typing errors in my posts.
