Place under the broiler for a few minutes on both sides until golden - watch it, it could burn very easily.<\/li><li><strong>Ricotta cheese: <\/strong>Using a food processor (or by vigorously whisking) whip your ricotta cheese until smooth and fluffy - about :30 - 1min depending on your machine. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Cook the bacon:<\/strong> In a large skillet over medium heat cook the bacon until crispy - about 8-10 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate topped with a paper towel to absorb the excess grease. Leave the bacon fat in the skillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Cook the butternut squash:<\/strong> To the skillet with the bacon fat (still over medium heat) add the cubed butternut squash and cook stirring occasionally until tender. Also keep an eye on any white patches as it could also be a sign of a spoiled squash. <\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1635901578167\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Is butternut squash healthy?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Butternut squash has some great health benefits. It's a good source of fiber and potassium, and is beneficial for digestion, blood pressure, and promoting healthy skin and hair.
