For centuries, the Gods watched over this world. Their job was to keep everything on Earth in order, but things didn't go as plan. The Gods became greedy and violent, forgetting all about the world they were supposed to be protecting - all they really wanted was power. To save the Gods from themselves and the world, the first primordial force, the formless void of Chaos, took swift and drastic action. It condemned them all to lives as mortals, forcing them to live and die in an never ending cycle until they had learnt their lesson, or until they were needed. A mild-mannered man, it's hard to imagine the kind of life Noah must have led before his Calling. One of the senior members — and one who spends most of his time running away from the Keepers and his debts — Noah is hard to pin down, if only because he is incapable of losing any kind of game be it poker or tag, in addition to mimicry of any skill if he pays enough attention to the original viewing. As such, it lends him a wide berth where the authorities (Godlike and otherwise) are concerned. Noah largely uses his abilities for personal gain, including but not limited to putting bets on fighters and illegal poker establishments. Unbeknownst to all but two, Noah is a secret arm of the Keepers and is working in conjunction with them to discover the location of a secretive cult known as the Godkillers.
